Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Galactic Bounty account and associated personal data here, even if you have uninstalled the app. Galactic Bounty is operated by Jared Mitcham.

What happens next

1. Sign in to your account. You will go directly to the deletion screen.
2. Review the scope, confirm your password, and submit the request. You do not need to send an email or make a phone call to submit it.
3. We process the request within 30 days and send a completion confirmation to your account email. Your account remains available while the request is processed.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, profile, and associated personal data, including applicable personal activity, notifications, preferences, identifiers and advertising-measurement records. We review shared-family records to handle your data without accidentally deleting another person's account. Associated child data and sole-parent families require scope review; we may contact you with a necessary clarification.

Subscriptions and retained records

Submitting a request does not immediately cancel a subscription or issue a refund. You can cancel renewal in Guild subscription now; we resolve account-owned billing before removing your login. We retain only records needed for actual legal, security or billing obligations, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Completed deletion-request records and temporary exports are removed within 30 days of completion; required retention exceptions are explained to you.

In the app, use ⋮ → Account & privacy → Delete my account. To request a copy or deletion of child data without deleting your own account, use Children’s privacy & consent in the same area.
