Get help or share feedback
Parents can use the in-app form to request support or share an idea. Sign in, unlock parent access if needed, and choose your message type. We’ll reply to your account email if a response is needed.
Help us understand the problem
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and the device or browser you were using. Please leave out passwords, payment-card details, and children’s personal information. If you already have a request reference, include it in your message.
Quick answers
- Can’t sign in? Use “Forgot password?” on the app’s sign-in screen.
- Manage your subscription: Open Guild → Manage guild subscription to cancel renewal. A support message does not cancel a subscription.
- Child privacy or consent: Open Account & privacy → Children’s privacy & consent.
- Delete your account: Use the dedicated account-deletion request page.
